Lamprell Marine SL is an agency solely working as an intermediatary between the yacht charterer and yacht owner (Yacht owner or Charter Company). A contract between the yacht owner and yacht charterer will be signed before each charter commences. Lamprell Marine SL can not be held liable for any breach of contract from either the yacht owner or the yacht charterer.
