Carrie’s hands on and exceptional service really shone through this year, where our original charter had an issue and Carrie sorted it within hours even visiting us the next day to ensure the group was ok. Will be booking again!

Booked the Mio Barco for a week in June. We found the boat to be a good size for our family of 5 and in excellent condition. Guillermo and Maricel the crew on board were absolutely amazing. Guillermo, as captain, was extremely accommodating to our schedule and was always clear to explain the weather conditions and the many options we had available to us. He was genuinely concerned about our comfort and safety. Maricel made sure we never waited for anything and usually never had to ask for a thing. She knew what we needed before we did and had it ready. We are a well traveled family who charter boats often and Guillermo and Marcel were absolutely the best crew we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Over a great experience on the Mio Barco!!

Good morning Carrie, we really hat a wonderful time on board! Maja and Felipe are a Great Crew, probably the best we ever had (and we had quite a few)! They’re both very professional and a great team but also really friendly hosts and thoughtful, trying to make the best time for the customers – and they did! My whole family was really happy and very much appreciated the day!
Food was also great – espescially the Paella, as well as the drinks!

Hallo Frau Brennan, Danke war alles zur Zufriedenheit, das Restaurant war auch gut (Cala Conills, St Elm), wenn auch leider sehr voll, so das wir hier 20 Minuten auf unseren Tisch warten mussten und ein Hauptgericht wurde in der Küche vergessen. Was aber serviert wurde war wirklich sehr gut und in einem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Danke für Ihre Mühen, wir kommen wieder auf Sie zurück.

Das Wetter, die ausgewählte Route und dann der letzte Abend bei Dunkelheit in den Hafen von Ibiza einfahren war dann der absolute Höhepunkt.

Yes, it was a wonderful trip. The crew was very good and very friendly. Cleanliness, food, service everything was to our complete satisfaction. The weather, the selected route and then the last evening at darkness into the port of Ibiza was then the absolute highlight.

Just a short feedback about our trip on “Miss Kate”:
It was a dream!!!!
The yacht was in excellent condition, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the “toys” that you could possibly want!
The service, patience and especially the everlasting smile of Chris and Dexter were our additional sunshine! And “on top of it all,” came yet Zoe’s cooking …. !!! We were spoiled from the first moment! Every request was read from our eyes! Just great !!!
As you can see, we enjoyed it to the fullest!
Now we begin in advance to save 
for next summer.
